- Pickup Option: Customers may collect their order from our designated location after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and location. RD Trading is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier delays, weather).
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty and health products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival, or
- The wrong item was delivered.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (e.g., photo of the damaged item).
