At RD Trading, customer satisfaction is important to us. We always aim to deliver quality beauty, health, accessories, and toy products. However, due to the nature of certain items, our refund and return policy has specific conditions.
🧴 1. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used beauty and health products (e.g., creams, oils, supplements, etc.)
- Items without original packaging or seals
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
📦 2. Eligible Returns
A return or exchange may be accepted only if:
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival, or
- You received the wrong item in your order
If either applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
🧾 3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund:

- Include:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
- Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 working days.
💰 4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Juice, Bank Transfer, etc.)
- Refunds may take 3–7 working days depending on your payment provider
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
🚚 5. Return Shipping
- For damaged or incorrect items, RD Trading will cover the return delivery cost.
- For other cases (if accepted at our discretion), the customer will bear the delivery cost.
⚠️ 6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellations are not possible.
